Unknown uniform First World War veteran

Hello all,

Due to the fact that I have been looking through all my photographs and clearing a little bit out I found this photograph with an unknown uniform on it. The photograph is unfortunately not very sharp, but, is anyone able to tell me more about the uniform and the insignia he is wearing?

That's what I'm seeing as well.


It looks like a properly constructed armband which makes me think it is a later photograph the perhaps a Freikorps man.

you are right. Some Frikorps started to use the swastika very early:
