SS Poster (?) any thoughts

A friend asked me if I could tell him anything about this before he tries to sell it which, being clueless, I can't. So, I'm hoping someone has seen this image before & might relate what it was for, if any determination of authenticity can be guessed at based on the three photos he sent me and, if possible, what these posters/images are worth these days. (I guess someone offered him $500 and he wants to know if that's a good number...)

Any help will be appreciated.

I am sorry, but the by now typical fake printing numbers are a give away.
This poster is some sort of fantazy product in my opinion. Most likely of Eastern European origin.
