Panzerbefehlswagen III ?

In this topic, I hope to confirm the thoughts I have on the following picture:

IMO, the tank is a Panzerbefehlswagen III Ausf. H. The reason for this is the front structure, the presence of an antenna on the left side and the two-pieced hatch on the cupola. One thing I'm not sure of is the gun as it should be either a dummy 3.7cm or 5cm gun.
The person on top of the tank looks quite strange. Like I see it, he's wearing gloves and a leather coat. The presence of a traffic control sign in his hands and a second sign held by the person in the truck (which I believe are Borgward trucks but I don't know the exact type) feels like its a command tank.

The second fact I would like to comment is the (hopefully) divisional sign on the tank. The only emblem it might match with is the one from 26. Panzer-Division (shape of a human head in a circle). Unfortunately, this kind of detail was taken from a considerable distance and looks blurry when zoomed in. I always use the following website as a reference to divisional signs (third row, fourth emblem):

Dear Suppi,

the gun appears to resemble 3,7cm KwK. The divisional sign appears to be of 11.Panzer-Division (a circle with a vertical line in the center) - my gut feeling.

This is not to condemn you Suppi, please don't get me wrong, but identification from one photograph is amusing as a quiz, but when a lot of more sequence is available, identification is much easier. I believe that we are not doing our hobby as skill-tests... The reason why I'm strongly against group-splitting.

Thank you Akira for your reply on behalf of the identification of the gun and the sign. I'm not sure if it's 11. Panzer-Division because the line seems to be going out of the circle at the top of the image and the line seems to be painted under a slight angle instead of a straight vertical line. Due to the distance and the lousy sharpness, it's so hard to tell.

Furthermore I have to agree with you on the group-splitting. With your knowledge in this branch, you are also familiar with the common tactics used on eBay (to name one place for example). Several sellers are having fun in splitting albums and selling the loose pictures for a (quite often) very high price. The only advantage here is that people who would like to specialize in either armor and/or aircrafts and/or something else, can easily find what they really want.

Finally, it is surely not my intention to set up a 'quiz' and/or test the skills from forum members, I strongly hope that is not misinterpreted. I did some research to the best of my rather limited knowledge and wanted to share it here to see it confirmed or corrected. I believe that's the purpose of a forum like this...
