No, it's not Fraülein Braun/Frau Hitler, though it does kinda look like a still photo taken from a post-war film about the Third Reich. No idea which film that might have been...and there have been many. Eva Braun would more likely have had her photo taken with one or both of her beloved Scotties; I don't think she cared for Hitler's Blondi. And I don't think that Hitler would have cared for her being photographed in the (semi-) nude, either.
