Adolif Hitler/Blomberg signed promotion doc. 1936

Dated on the Fuhrers birthday 20 april 1936. There are a video on youtube showing a big parade that day. Believe Kriegsmarine officer Raider also where promoted same date.

Opinions are welcome, but IMO textbook and original handsigned by the Fuhrer himself. Any information on the officer Richard Daum would be great.

Yes Nicolai, I agree, as well. Your fine document is quite similar to one in my collection -- the promotion of a Kriegsmarine medical doctor dated 9 September 1935, signed by Hitler and presented/endorsed by von Blomberg, on the same document head. The one difference between yours and mine is the Seal of the German Reich used to authenticate the signature of the Head of State: your document bears the National Socialist Eagle and Swastika while mine has the Weimar Republic-style Eagle. I have personally wondered whether there is an established exact date when the Seal of State changed from the Weimar-style Eagle to the Eagle and Swastika; I know it must have been about January 1 of 1936 but have never been certain about that.
