Interesting SS photo I found

Greetings everyone,
Many moons ago I was an SS collector. I found this while going through some old boxes. Know nothing about it Its about 5x7. If you notice of the far left there is an inscription on the wall. I'm guessing its a press release photo? Any info appreciated.

It's a photo of Richard Walther Darré making a speech as Reich Farmers' Leader.

Any idea as to date. Helmets have no decals. 1934, 1936 ??

I'm sure someone would be interested, even if it's just for the uniform detail. He wears the runic sleeve diamond for the RuSHA. Out of all the SS Generals, he is probably the most commonly photographed non-WSS General and therefore his photos are not worth a great deal.

The photo has been taken during the "Reichsgartenschau in Essen" , so the text on the back.

This was 1938.
