was curious if this a legit stamping and
possibly a translation of the writing please

The postage stamp and the Sonderstempel cancel are genuine. The cancel date is 17Aug, 1944.

The envelope is addressed to Wilhelm Becker at 130 Rosenheimer St. in Munich.

The writing on the reverse is the sender's mailing address.
