Rittmeister Sachenbacher Postcard & Afrika Photos

Hi Chaps , i am sorting out some stuff today & came across this postcard of Rittmeister Sachenbacher (with a few creases in) another Postcard of a Kriegs Officer with an embossed company stamp on the front ? & a few written lines on the back . Also is a small group of Afrikacorp pics along with grave markers in the desert , these have the stamp 'velox' on the backs.

    The postcards measure: 5.5" x 3.5" & the photos measure: 3.25" x 2.25"

I would like too sell these but don't have any idea as too their value , so can anyone point me in the right direction as to a ballpark figure on any of these please , you can pm me if you prefer

The Hoffmann published Rittmeister postcard in its damaged condition would command no more than 20usd to the dedicated postcard collector. To the collector who's concerned primarily with the militaria aspect, the price might be pushed a bit.

I would like to see a scan of the reverse to confirm that it's a genuine Hoffmann card.

                  Cheers,

                  Ramon

Thank you for the scan of the reverse of the Rittmeister card. I'm a bit confused. Is there a 'backing' glued to the reverse of this card? If there isn't then the card is a
reprint and worth virtually nothing from a collector's viewpoint. If the card has a backing and the original Hoffmann indicia can be seen with the use of the strong back light, the card is still worth considerably less than I quoted in my original post.

As is, the card shown is worth no more than a few dollars to the wise collector.

Ramon , there is no backing as you say on the back of the card , so it looks like it's worthless .
