It's worthless I'm afraid - it is a fake. Totenkopf Divsional Commander at that time was Helmuth Becker, and that isn't his signature. And I don't see anyone with the surname of Mix (or Nix?) in the Ordenstrager for having won a DKiS in the Waffen-SS.
