it is certainly not the same picture, the guy in the tank isnt there and the guns on the halftrack behind are facing anotheay,and the officer is now looking ahead, it could be another fake, but its not the picture as first shown, no disrespect sir

The man in the tank, that part of the photo is cut-away.
The guns on the halftrack are removed to add the rope (the rope is not easy to cut out on itself).
The head of the officer is turned a bit, but is the same.

I´ve seen a few more like this.

This is usually linked back to charonboat.com which is a murder/gore-porn page with many disgusting photographs including a bunch of phoney "nazi atrocity" photos. Sick people on photoshop.

Looks like they at least made an attempt to add a shadow for the "victim".
