Hi,
can anybody help ID the Battalion Commander who signed this document? Also I assume that 12/768 is the 12th Kompanie, Infantry Regt 768?

Yes, but this is signed by the regimental commander of Grenadier Regiment 769

Hi, many thanks, any idea what his name is or why he would have signed this document? I have his silver wound document which indicates he was wounded 3 times, could this have something to do with it?
