Who are these RK holders???

I have three photos which I need heloping identifying.

The first one is of an RK General which states he is crossing the Dnjepr in January 1944.

Photo number 2. This one is of an RK holder being awarded the Croation Bravery Order in August 1942.

And finally pic number 3. This is of an RK officer in the Feldherrnhalle Division in May 1944.

The feldherrnhalle major looks like Mj Wilhelm Schoening.
