Horrid turd. Almost as bad as the SS EK1 doc in a recent thread....
Most obvious: The DKiS should be silver, the signature is a mere scribble (not that some signers didn't have bad handwriting, but on a doc like this, it'll be a KNOWN scribble), the stamp is bad, and the overall quality isn't there.
There may be more than that, but that's what sticks out to me.

Hi Ex,
Everything that is shown in that photo is fake.
That stamp is on the market since the 80ties.
And as da Hankmeister says, that isn't a signature at all.
