Nice photo, he appears to be a double Reuss bravery medal winner, and looks like a Finnish decoration on the bar as well.

Hi Vince and thanks for the information.
Its interesting he has a Finnish decoration too.
Apart from the obvious TR awards, I have no idea what the other awards are.
