I did a bit of checking. There's a well-known photo of Hausser,who is sitting on a SPW in front of Otto Kroeger. It can be found, for example, in the Enlish edition of Das Reich II in the photo spread between pages 234 and 235.

In the photo with Kroeger, Hausser appears to wear the same greatcoat and Schirmmuetz as in the photo in this spread, including having his collar-area open to reveal the RK in the same way. For me, this confirms the ID, even if the photo in this thread captured Hausser at a moment where he had an atypical look on his face.
