Looks like a nice document, promoting this guy from junior legal official to the position of district court associate judge. The person that signed this document signed "as representative of" the Minister of Justice. I can see how this could be Roland Freisler's signature since he was State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice under Franz Gürtner.

The market is unstable right now. Freisler is well sought after both by July 20 and Wansee collectors. You could look in past auctions of Schmolt or Alexander for price indications as I'm pretty sure both have sold Freisler within the last 5 years. I have never seen Freisler on an award document and that could affect value if it is indeed rare. If I was to hazard a guess, I would say 500 Euro minimum, and probably 700.
