Hitler Signature COA?

unfortunately, the picutre i have, its low quality picture at this time; i tried to blow it up, if any better. once i have the actual item i can post better picture. does anyone know of a person(s) that authenticates specifically hitler signature?

now that i've zoomed it in, the postal franking ink does not overlay the handwriting looking at very high resolution scan zoomed in.
also, it doesnt seem to look drawn, but rather the ink deposits vary.
