Is it odd to see someone wearing a tunic over a Traditions Brown Shirt -- and especially a tunic without any rank lapel patches? Could this possibly be a photo of an NSAK member? Any further thoughts...?

Odd indeed, especially the tunic without tabs.

Could be 12/M3, or R/M3. I have to go through my files when the Motor-SA arm-raute was introduced. Is it dated?
