First of all, whos this signature?
Could it be Conrad von Cochenhausen or Hans Schlemmer?

What`s heppend in the two years? What is it mistake or the consequences of the resulting injuries? Any opinions are welcome.

It probably had to do with the severity of his injuries that he received in Feb. 1942 that it was upgraded in 1944 from black to silver WB.

I can see it being Schlemmer more so than Cochenhausen.

Hello Mike,

I agree that the EK2 document is signed by Oberst Hans Schlemmer. At the time this document was signed, Schlemmer was not "officially" the Divisional Commander of the 134. Infantry Division but was "acting leader" of the division.

Posted below is an example of von Cochenhausen's signature as well as two examples of Schlemmer's signature. Both Schlemmer signatures are from 1942, when he held the rank of Generalmajor and was Divisional Commander of the 134. Infantry Division.
