Have been offered this photo, but would like some opinions as to originality, etc. The "Copy" lettering has been added by the owner & is not on the photo.
This is an almost postcard sized photo.

Hi Tony, this photo was offered nearly two month ago on a german dealer site for 50 EUR. IMO, this is a fine original. KR refue

Thanks, I just like the look of it, nice & clear.
It measures 115mm x 80mm.

I've got another pic of the reverse with a pencil written dedication.
Are you or someone else able to translate this please?

Looks to be of the style taken in either Belgium, or France.
