Yes, it is. He got along quite well with Hausser, who was a career professional officer from before World War 1.

In the bottom photo of Post #2, the men on the right appear to be Himmler (with white cufftitle) and Walter Krüger (not certain, but it looks like his medal grouping, including his Baltic Cross from his Freikorps days). That's Klingenberg next to Hausser, the occasion is probably April or so of 1941, after Klingenberg's victory at Belgrade. That's also Klingenberg in another photo.
