1942 SS Adolf Hitler signed Mein Kampf

Hi,

I am looking to sell this copy, but am not sure if the fact that this edition is signed if it's worth a little more than normal? I have never got it translated, I did put it on here to see if anyone could do it, but didn't get a response And I have tried myself but to no avail!

Any help would be great guys,

Sorry but it's not signed by Adolf Hitler . It is dedication from one of the member of 1st SS Pz. Div. Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler ; his name was Karl and he was Rotterfuhrer.

It's written in Sutterlin letters.

Dedication says ;

"Deutsch und rein
so soll unsere heimat sein
Zur erinnerung an das Julfest 1943 , an deinem Bruder Karl
Rottenfuhrer bai das Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler"

In english it means:

"German and pure
So will be our fatherland
For commemorate of Julfest 1943
from you brother Karl
Rottenfuhrer by the Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler"

I understand it is not signed by Hitler, (be chuffed if it was, I would book a holiday now!! ) I was just unsure as it has a dedication in the front if it was worth a little more than normal, books are not my field I am afraid. Thank you for your reply though!

I suspect that the dedication and ink stamp were done recently in an attempt to enhance the value. The presence of the stamp, the appearance of the stamp, the handwriting, and the type of pen used are all red flags for me.
