the stamp is very vague so i can not see what the exact stamp is

from what i now see i take a very good look at the stamp with the help off a magnifying glass i think it is Otto Gieseke

Otto Gieseke was a Brigadeführer (Major General) and Generalmajor of Polizei in the Waffen SS during World War II who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. Which was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II. Gieseke was awarded the Knight's Cross when in command of the 1st SS Polizei Schutzen Regiment.[1]
