German photos

Hi all

I thought you all might be interested in a photo i purchased of a Major Silber.
I have no information of his status or his role but would be interested to find out more.

Could it be this Luftwaffe officer:

Wilhelm Sieber
Major 1.2.1942
Oberstleutnant 1.10.1944
Of the General Staff.

(found one Silber in the Rangliste of 1945, but that was only a Hauptmann).
