Looks like a nice document. The signature is that of Bodewin Keitel, the brother of GFM Wilhelm Keitel.

I would say the document is unremarkable and the Walther von Brauchitsch siganture looks to be stamped. I would not consider paying 200 Euro for this doc unless I was specifically after a signature of Bodewin Keitel for my collection.

Both figures are massive over estimations. Unless there is something particularly interesting or special about the recipient (Eckert) this is a standard KVK2 worth perhaps 60-80 euros at the most.
