Nice and interesting document!
I live nearby Vlissingen in a little town called Westkapelle. Marine Artillerie Abteilung 202 (6./202) was here. I collect Kriegsmarine and coastal artillerie stuff. Especially everything related to Westkapelle and surroundings (Walcheren). If you want to part from this document I am very interested. 
But, how can you tell this was from the 8./Marine Flak Abteilung 810?

Here is a photo of shoulder boards I bought on internet.
I think these special boards were in relation with the document for soldiers who were in charge to look at the ennemies airplanes.
If somebody has got another idea, please let me know
