another 2 award dokument

Hello,
I bought 3 award dokuments from a seller and the one I checked appeared to be a fake.

What do you think about these 2? I don't trust the KVK dokument.

Hello Frank,

The Black Wound Badge document looks unquestionably real to me.

I also think that the KVK2X document looks good: Signed by General der Panzertruppe Rudolf Veiel as 'Kommandierender General im Auffrischungsbereich Mitte'.

Here is an example of Rudolf Veiel's signature from an EK2 document:

Both look fine to me. Veiel held the position of Kommandierender General Auffrischungs-Stab Mitte from 28th Sept 1942 to 10th June 1943.
