Rudolf was wounded before the May 20 ... I went to see a Feldpost sold and in the brief description in English reported that Rudi was lured with the sheets stained with blood, so his injury was serious ...

He spent her convalescence in Lazaretto of Moulins (Francia.) and this tells the Feldpost 04561 "Moulins-Abteilung 528 Kriegslazarett R"
The Feldpost 26843 L/H4, later, corresponds to one hospital site of care in Gerardmer, in France. Also this match, because after hospitalization is likely to be moved to a hospital facility, a fact which presumably have concluded Kurlazarett care being out of danger.

In the postcard of June the 11th simply says that some days he was transferred to a new hospital.

So when the battalion moved to the front then he was transferred to another hospital and changed Feldpost.

Tomorrow I will continue posting other information about the tanker and the last period of his war....

Add another piece ... when Rudolf was a member of the Lehr-Unterführer, as mentioned above, he did a course for non-commissioned officers. This would also explain the long stay in this unit (Unterführer-Lehrgang would be just for "non-commissioned officers school"). Then he was then moved from there to Berlin, perhaps to train the battalion replacement at Spreenhagen.

Here was located one of the centers of the battalions of replacements and from there the soldiers were taken, together with those of Hitler's personal guard (1200 always LAH of course) went on to form the SS-Regiment "Anhalt".
It 'very plausible then that it was "enlisted" men of Mohnke and his SS-Kampfgruppe or SS-Anhalt.

In this letter of the 29/04/2011 of April Rudolf told about its promotion to SS-Sturmmann:

The letters do not tells much of the front and this for an obvious fear of falling into the hands of the censors

            Cheers,
            Roberto
