KM Officer Postcard

Hello all:

I have this postcard made from an Adolf Schlawing pen and ink drawing in 1942. I am hoping this is a known officer due to the artist rendering of him and the publishing of the artwork on a postcard.

Try as I may, I cannot read this name. If anyone can please let me know what the name is on the back of the postcard is, then I can continue to turn rocks over and search!

I could get the Carl, but not the last name.

Lohmann & Hildebrand and all my other sources come up empty with this man.
