Is not this Hans Frank?

I am not familiar with Frank's signature, but look at the back of the card...

Sorry Peter, I do not think it is Frank...

It is indeed a great picture and it was bought by one of the most knowledgable WAF member... I hope it will be a great addition to his collection!!

Hi Peter,

Sorry to say that the person in the artist-drawn card is not Dr. Hans Frank, nor is it his signature on the reverse. Frank was, among many other things, an SA-Obergruppenführer, though not a member of the SS.
