Oliver, that is correct and there were tremendous losses in the last days and months of the war.

The prototype of Sd.Kfz.253 without armour around the frontside on pic #40 shows clearly the marking of A.L.R. Jüterbog.
I saw other pics of such a prototype taken in Forst Zinna. As far as i know this type of vehicle was not in combat use therefore the pic #46 which shows onother prototype could be taken on the Jüterbog training area.
