Need help on a nice Dönitz photo

Last week I got this photo, the photo is really large. Can anyone tell me who are the other officers on this photo? Any known Uboot Kommandant maybe?

the two korvettenkapitänen on the left seem to be WWI veterans, only the one on the right appears to have a WWII uboat badge, but as you can see none are highly decorated so actually being able to name them is going to be difficult.
