The man on the right is not a Gauleiter. The twin bars could be gold and therefore he might possibly be a Kreisleiter, but it all depends on colouring of the bars and background collar patch.
The SA-O'Gruf. is Johann Heinrich Böhmcker.

Thanks for your response, Max, as to both individuals. I couldn't see enough detail on the PL's collar tabs to tell the difference; they looked like a Gauleiter's early oakleaf tabs on my screen here.

Thanks Todd. Denker's collar patches must therefore be silver bars on a red background.
They got the spelling of Böhmcker's name wrong.
