I can't see the image in a decent sized view as I'm using my phone but it looks like a faded stamped signature - maybe it looks ok with a better view - and for that price I'd expect it to be stamped. But I'm sure Hank has a better view of the image then me at the moment and others will also help by chipping in. If it is hand signed then €100 is a bargain.

Value is very subjective. If you like it enough and want to pay that price then you will be happy to regardless of what anyone says. Personally I wouldn't because there is nothing about the citation that appeals to me, but you might like it enough to want to pay the asking price.

I would say 100 Euro is robbery for a stamped signature.

I too initially thought this was stamped but settled on a view that it is probably pencil hand signed. You should ask the seller and agree on return & refund priviledges if its stamped.

Colin is quite right, if the sig is stamped then 100 euro is far too much. If hand signed then it's quite a good buy.

Yes,serious verdict from Simon.I think stamp signature + KVK is price 65 Eur,authentics hand signature GFM Mannstein is very good 100Eur.

Still quite hard to be sure but I think Colin might well be right with it being a pencil signature and if it is then 100 Euros is a bargain. If you go for it try and make sure you have a return & refund option just in case.
