Anyone Recognize this City Crest?

This city crest or coat of arms is embossed on the cover of a 1938 Mein Kampf "wedding edition," but the book doesn't include a dedication/presentation page, so I don't know what city it was from. Anyone know?

A better focused image would help. It looks more to be a family Wappen than a city.

Here are some better views. The book is a common pre-war "Sonderasugabe Bürgermeister" Mein Kampf like any other, except it doesn't look like it ever had the dedication page as normal.
