Is this a Crisolli signature?

I don't remember when someone on a forum told me that this signature is by Generalmajor Wilhelm Crisolli. I archived the information but now, looking again at the document I have some doubts because the date.

crfraser is correct. Good example of Herr's signature on Galerie d'Historie site.
