my first though was that it might be Cologne - but I am not 100% sure about it.

To the right of the shop of Fritz Bruno there is another shop call Carl Peter O???pren would you have any idea of what the surname might be?

First, I identified the type of the tramcar (old tram of each city has very different features), then I just searched images by the keywords "königsberg"+"platz".
