UNK Luft Vehicle, Unit and Plate

Here is a photo I'd like to learn a bit more about.

Clear unit ID and plate number. Any direction as to how to put a place/time/unit against the photo would be greatly appreciated.

The truck is a Morris-Commercial which puts the photo as post Dunkirk at least. That probably doesn't help much, does it ?

Over on LEMB,we have thread on this emblem,and as far as we know it belongs to Nahkampffuhrer 2 (Tactical Air Support C ommander).Unless anyboby have more info.

Taken another look at the emblem,it's from the Ln.Abt. (Luftnachrichtenabteilung)air signal detachmant,theres a lighting flash going through the winged stick grenade.
LEMB. Luftwaffe Experten Message Board.Just pump "LEMB"go to;-Units & Personal Emblems 1933-45.Click onto Fi156,see top thread.
