Deutsche Kreuz in Gold Award Document opinions!

I would like to open a discussion on this formal Deutsche Kreuz in Gold award document it is to Luftwaffe Unteroffizier Heinz Erfurth, Awarded 28. January 1945, Because of it being such a late issue Erfurth is not mentioned on any Ehrenliste, The document it's self measures 353 mm x 245 mm it is in very good condition folded twice it has the facsimile signature of Goring and actual hand signed signature of issuing officer General der Flieger Rudolf Meister R.K.05.09.1944.
I would be interested to know if there is any nominal roll which could positively identify what unit Heinz Erfurth was from? What sort of value would this document realise on today's market? Any comments would be welcome!

The good news are that the doc looks like late war time original DKiG BU LW in good condition.
The bad news are that the scan is too small to make any serious conclusions and the awardet man is not listed in any DKiG sources (permissible for late LW).
