I have a nice Wound Badge Document awarded to an Obergefreiter with Feldpost Number 011109 D. The document was given on 2.Aug.1944 for a wound on 27.July.1944. Would anyone know what unit this was and where it was stationed?

There are too many numbers. Feldpost Numbers consisted of 5 numbers and sometimes, but not always, a letter at the end and at the start. -
Looks like I added an extra 1. The number is 01109 D.
