Great find, Ed! Does the name of the architectural firm appear anywhere on the set of drawings? It would certainly enhance their value to know that they were developed either by Alois Degano, who submitted the early designs for the major Haus Wachenfeld/Berghof renovations and who also designed the Bischofswiesen complex outside Berchtesgaden, which was known as the Second Reichschancellery; or by Prof. Roderich Fick, who was called in by Bormann to re-design the Berghof renovations and expansion. Fick was also Hitler's choice to design the proposed Führermuseums complex in Linz.

Wonderful find, Ed! I've not seen these plans in period architectural references. This was one of the associated dormitory buildings that was built toward the back of the complex, after the main building, which was built in 1937.

The architect was Georg Zimmermann and Son of Berchtesgaden. The complex cost 152,000RM in 1937.
