Urkunde etc. of the "Tirpitz" plus signed picture of the commander

Hi Guy's

I would appreciate your comments regarding a small paper lot linked to the Battleship Tirpitz.

This small lot consist out of the Urkunde (Citation) of the "Flotten kriegs abzeichen" , a "bescheinigung" of the same badge ,a picture if this guy and last but not least a signed picture of one of the commanders of the Tirpitz ,called Karl Topp.

What do you think of this lot ??
