First one looks like 'some sort of Spanish' to quote Peter Griffin.
Judging by the tassel on the hat. I am thinking some sort of Republican unit??

By the way, the first photo was taken in Malmedy... or the developer stamp is from Malmedy...

Nothing, just the paper logo...

I am just curious because the breast eagles/sleeve patches are missing... Strange photo, even the weapons look odd...

Nothing that strange, typical 2nd choice weapons for front rear units (MAB, MP28 etc.etc.).
I have several pictures showing Polizei members with the sleeve eagle removed, the reason is unknown to me.
If interested to sell it let me know.
