Help needed identify general

I just went through some pictures, which I bought a long time ago - I found this one interesting:

I need your help identifying this general and perhaps the other persons in the car.
Unfortunately I do not have more details such as place and date.
What about the guy sitting on the backseat right hand side - what kind of uniform is he wearing

Zollgrenzschutz etc

Hi,

I don't recognise the "general" but he is not an army general officer. He appears to be wearing the collar patches of a Generalinspektor of the Zollgrenzschutz, Ministerialdirektor or a Reichsminister or state secretary for finance. The patches also appear to upside down!

thank´s so far - but there´s one thing I don´t understand:
are you talking about the guy sitting on the backseat (right hand side) or the guy sitting on the front seat (beside the driver) ???
And if so, what about the 2 guys on the back seat - what kind of uniform are they wearing ???

I am quite sure, that this is the Generalinspekteur of the Zollgrenzschutz, Johannes Hossfeld.
