    Very rare SS portrait image Metz in 1944, it shows two SS soldiers with U.S. equipment.

                    The photo is from a condemned house, along with the portrait I have not received these two things.
                    The soldier has left geschriebn where on the back has fallen, according to testimony by family members shortly after taking the picture.

                      Very strange lighting in that picture too. Judging by the shadows it looks like it was lit from (the viewers) upper left looking down and also lower left looking up, it gives it an unusual look for 1940's era portrait photography.
