Pavelic Bravery medal document SS

I,m looking for some information about this document.
I believe its for the croatian bravery medal awarded to SS soldiers
There is a Feldpost number so maybe it could be traced to a ss division etc
There is no signature or any kind of stamp
Could this document be a original wartime made or a postwar setup

Could it be legit beside its not signed or have a stamp.
I looked for a translation and this document should be for the croatian flying force,so how could it be for SS men.
Feldpostnumber 45792 should be SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgs-Division Prinz Eugen Gebirgs-Veterinär-Kompanie

Anyone could add this machine-written txt, so as I say without signatures I'd not trust in that.
Anyway some of men from that div gets different Croatian medals... but I doubt this paper is real.
