Warning: Ebay 123-karlmarx !!!

This is a warning to all who sell photos on Ebay. Solomon Bukaretzky (if that is his real name), who goes by the ebay ID "123-Karlmarx," has field many fraudulent claims and is using the Paypal system to get refunds for expensive items he has already received. I would advise all to BLOCK him. What a nightmare! And Ebay's great new policies changes offers sellers NO help or protection.

sorry to hear you have been in trouble with this person.
and thanks for the heads up.
what about the registered or insured Letters and Parcels? if a Tracking Number is available, he should have no success to proceed a claim..or did paypal/ebay changed something lately?
if I sell something over 30EUR I always send registered..no matter what

the problem with this fraudster is that there was more than one Ebay item in the envelope sent with tracking. So, he just claims that items were missing from the shipment. We'll see how Ebay/Paypal handles it.

Thanks for the warning. One question though: you say that "he has field MANY fraudelent claims". Against how many items he purchased from you did he filled a complaint?

I bought a photo on his website some years ago. Never got it. Sent him an e-mail asking if the photo was shipped. No reply. Sent another e-mail to ask if maybe he could send me a scan without the historical media watermark. No reply either.

Great doing business with a guy like that.
