    Peter,

Congrats on your first posting. I believe I've seen some of these types of vehicles with multi ofenrohrs (Panzerschreck) in the fall of Berlin 1945. I will look it up and post them if I can find it.

Given the maximum effective range of the panzerschreck, i wonder if this was a good idea?

Amazing photos, several of these ended up around the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate during the battle for Berlin in 1945. The few existing photos of these vehicles in books are usually of bad quality, so it is interesting to have a better view of how they were configured. Thanks for posting!

            Cheers

I believe these are the photos that I saw in Waffen-Arsenal Band 140 and Leo has mentioned.

Probably because they are late war experimental vehicles

                  Quite rare

I had a look through 4 different books and I all found was one bad side pic (looks like Berlin after the battle) and this

"Towards the end of the war a number of B IV were converted to small self-propelled weapons by the mounting of rocket-launchers, Raketen Pz B 54"

The B IV was the Sd Kfz 301

15~20mm of armour not something you want to get to close to another tank with or even an HMG
