Uniform Identification two photo Allgemeine SS

Hello,
I wanted to know that uniforms are portrayed in these photos....i think that they are Allgemeine SS, but I'm not sure.
The size is about 6,5x9 cm. and a photo has written back.
I have these photos for many years and I wanted clarification, thanks to all,Kruger.
