I have zero interest in the SS, I just remember seeing the one on eStand.

To start with, the Hermann Fegelein signature is authentic.

Nothing of any significance I'm afraid. The initial and date in the top right quarter of the Bunge signed letter are those of Gauleiter Paul Giesler.
